The item is awesome, it's like having a new mangroomer, since the original head was not working well anymore.... anyway, the only disappointing part was trying to install it. For some reason, the small tabs did not fit on the base the way the original head did. I don't know if mine was defective or what...
I eventually had to carefully take the blade/cutting components off the replacement head, and put them into the original head, and then connect it back to the base. Now it works great, but I shouldn't have had to do any of that....
Thats the only thing stopping this from being 5 stars.
