Customer Review: Good product, but . . . . .

I ordered 4 of these and am satisfied that I got a good product, as expected. CONS: I rated the product at 4 stars because the price of the refills is quite expensive. So far I've found Wal Mart to be the cheapest at $3.47. Also, their price for the same kit was $9.99, which I found out after I had ordered. That's roughly $5.00 per kit cheaper than I got from Amazon. PROS: It dispenses a reasonable amount of soap that does the trick for washing hands. It is a low-sudsing soap, which I also like. Another nice thing was the free shipping at the time I ordered. SUGGESTIONS: I live in Wisconsin and during the months of November thru March (I ordered in January)temps can be below freezing. Needless to say, the postman left the package outside my door and everything was frozen solid. Fortunately nothing exploded or leaked. It would have been helpful if the shipping box had been marked to say that the contents shouldn't be allowed to freeze so that the postman could have left me a note to pick up my package at the Post Office. All in all, I would recommend the product but I would also recommend shopping around locally before ordering.
