I bought this after reading good reviews about it, although I don't see the good reviews now. I am a nurse and thought it was very cheaply made. The on/off button broke after 2 times. Do not get this.Product Review: I love it!

I use this product at work all the time and have nothing but good things to say about it. It is fast easy to use and has held up to much wear and tear. I have not had any problems with inaccurate readings although I do get an error message if I try to use it while it is cold from having been in my car.Product Review: It's OK.

I have this monitor about a year, and it's working OK so far.
Like other reviews, it's not accurate very often.
But it does not mean that it's impossible to get accurate result with it. You have to kinda work with it to find out how to get accurate resuls.
