This is the only sitz bath I've ever used so I dont have much to compare it to.
Pros:
The size of the basin was nice
The instructions were easy to read and easy to put parts together
Very reasonably priced
Cons:
The seat was very uncomfortable for a 15 minute sit (my legs lost circulation)
The water from the bag was having difficulty flowing properly through the tubing to refill basin.
For the price it's a good buy.
