No problems with the seller. My only issue with the products is my own fault in not reading and understanding the hand grips description. They state "split" hang grips. The word hang is perhaps a typo error for the word hand. But the description "split" is just that. they split open instead of enclosing your crutch handles. Kinda cheesy having to wrap them in tape to keep them mounted. Wish they were sold "intact" (closed loop) and I could split them (cut them)with a utility knife later if needed. Not sure why anyone would want them split in first place as you normally would unscrew handle wingnuts and adjust grips to proper arm lenght anyway. Tape makes them usable so money was not wasted.
Again, my fault for not understanding word "split".
