Our entire family likes this product. It helps relieve back tightness and sometimes provides a low and mid-back adjustment. We've found the mid-height arch setting works great in bed and the low setting is plenty of arch the hard floor. I don't see how any human could use it on the 3rd setting unless they were made of rubber. We also have the Spine Worx, which is a better value, but my wife prefers the lumbar stretcher. They compliment each other nicely if you can afford both.Product Review: I've noticed some improvement!

Wow, did this thing ever hurt when I first started using it! Let me clarify, when I first got on it I experienced pain for a few minutes and then after that it actually felt good. If I could just remember to use it everyday, I think my back would stop hurting! I recommend it if you have lower back pain.
One extra note, I've found that wearing a back brace when I'm around the house has really helped my lower back pain.

It was not what I expected and is quite pricey for a big piece of plastic. It could use a lower setting as even on the lowest setting right now it is a big stretch for the lumbar region and becomes uncomfortable very quickly.Product Review: I love it!

I don't review stuff just to kill time. If I really like something, I want other people to know it is a great value.
Well, for years I have walked around with a chronically tight lower back. I have tried the usual: Ben-Gay, lying on rolled up towels, hot baths, and having my wife walk on my back. I basically had gotten used to the discomfort and hadn't realized it.
Wow!! Who knew HOW WELL THIS WORKED??!!! Comparing this to my other methods is like comparing water pistols to bazookas. How I wish I had bought this years ago!!!! I am sitting here typing and the discomfort of my lower back is noticably less, and getting better every day. I love it, I just love it. And I have owned it for less than a week.
Product Review: Good for people with lower back pain

I have had good luck with this product. I wake up these days with no or minimal back pain. I used this at the lowest setting for a cpl of weeks and have started using it at the second setting. I spoke 2 my chiropractor about this and she said it shud help with lower back pain in between adjustments.
product looks flimsy, but after using it i can make out that its built to last !!!!
