The lumber extender is easy to assemble, portable, and provides a great lower back stretch. My husband uses it daily and really enjoys it, the first setting was too low but the middle setting is perfect. It is easy to use and really helps reduce back stress and pain. This is a wonderful product for anyone with lumbar spine issues. It gives the lower back a terrific stretch and relieves tension in that area. Certainly cheaper and maybe more effective than numerous trips to the chiropractor. It is well made, easy to understand and truly portable. A very sound investment and if used freguently, will help to keep the spine in proper alignment and aid in the maintenance of the proper curvature in the lower back.Product Review: Great Quality and a Good Stretch

Solid quality - they use a nice heavy plastic material
You lay down on the item and do a sort of backwards back stetch. The first use hurt a bunch, but after a few weeks I can say with certainity that it has helped stretch out those lower back muscles. A normal session is about 5 minutes, all you do is lay there and try and relax your muscles.
"If" you want more stretch - it is adjustable to two other setting and the arch of the stretch goes a bit higher with a bit more back bending if you are that flexible.
Overall a bit expensive but I am happy with the quality and results.

I had good experience with a similar though different product (I intentionally don't write its name) and I wanted to try this one - it is absolutely horrible - I returned mine.
Problems: It is not rigid enough, it has the wrong shape and the gap it too wide to support the spine - it doesn't even have rubber buttons to stop it from slipping - if you just need a stretch - this may be a good choice, but if you have any problem with the spine or need the spine aligned don't even get close to this product.
