I bought this as an alternative to continuing to pay the chiropractor. It definitely helps stretch my back, which is really what I needed. Perhaps not taking care of the other "adjustments," but I don't think those were really doing much for me. Having searched and searched for something to help with lower back pain, I finally found a solution! This product works great. You can actually feel your back aligning and stretching.
