This pillow is sufficiently dense not to go flat with repeated use. It provides great support, and the elastic strap makes it easy to affix to my chair at work. I've ordered an extra one so I don't have to carry it back and forth from my car to my office. I've had different lumbar pillows before, and none was as comfortable or supportive as this one.
