I purchased this a couple weeks ago and it seems like it should work. I have a hard time fitting all the exercises in, because you have to do them in sets, at different times throughout the day. I do better if I can get them all done at once, but that isn't possible here. The lady is very annoying with her repitition. Especially on the 30 min workout. She say's the same thing for every repetition of each exercise! I plan on learning the moves and turning her off! OMG! I do have hope for my pouch now though! Will update in a few weeks to let you know the results!

In this DVD, you will learn what every day actions to avoid and how to compensate for things that might cause the diastasis to return or worsen. For example, it is important to prepare before coughing or sneezing. You will learn how to check yourself for diastasis, learn what causes diastasis, how to splint, how to exercise with splint. Lose Your Mummy Tummy Splint Pregnant women and new moms should use the Maternal Fitness TuplerWear Splint during and after pregnancy. The purpose of the splint is to help bring together the two halves of the outermost abdominal muscle (recti) which may separate during pregnancy. The recti muscle is the support system for your back and a support system for your organs. This separation weakens the support system for the back causing back problems and also the support system for the organs causing the mummy tummy. That is why women show faster during their second pregnancy. As a new mom it is also important to wear the splint as much as possible under your clothing especially when wearing a front-loading baby carrier. Fix Your Diastasis. Any mom who still has a mummy tummy from the separation of her abdominal muscles (diastasis) during pregnancy (no matter when she was pregnant) will benefit from wearing this splint.
