We've been using the Acne pill for about 2 years. My two teenagers take it every day. My older one never misses because he hates zits. My younger one forgets sometimes but she can always tell when she has missed a couple of days. "Oh, I forgot my Acne pill!" And as soon as she starts taking it again, they clear up.
It's nice that it works WITH your body chemistry, not against it. Our chiropractor first suggested it, and we tell all our friends and relatives. We wouldn't be without it!

I went through 2 bottles. For the 1st one i was taking 2 pills in the morning and chewing them which taste really bad in my opinion.
For the 2nd bottle i upped the dose to 3 pills in the morning because i did not see any results. I have not noticed any change, my acne is just exactly the same.
I was using this combined with acne.org regimen which i find works to a certain point. Meaning i still would get small break outs. So i wanted something that works internally to hopefully completely clear my skin and this just did not do what the bottle says its supposed to for me. Now everyone is different and it really depends on eating habits, sleep, exercise, etc. Hope it works for you.

I have used Loma Lux Acne Pills for a few years now and have always had great results. There are absolutely no side effects and the pills are perfectly safe to take with other medication, unlike prescribed oral acne medication. Although these pills are amazing, they are not perfect and definitely do not work by themselves... you must take good care of your skin as well. If I slip up and happen to not wash my face well one night, I still might get a small blemish. If I were to completely slack off at washing my face, then these pills would not help so much. It is also helpful to take the pills with at least an 8 oz glass of water.
I also use Proactiv, but I think any good, consistent acne treatment plan that works for you should work great along with the Acne Pill. I buy these pills regularly every few months and will always buy them... until I can go at least 1/2 a year without a single blemish... so I could be taking these forever, but that's okay... these pills aren't bad for you. Hope this helps.
