I cannot obtain this wonderful decongestant drop anywhere in my town. So I order it from Amazon. It works so well, opening the nose almost instantly without causing excessive drowsiness. Using something on small children one is always careful of the side effects. The price is reasonable too. This company makes a saline drop solution also which works well too. Being in the desert, noses here get dry inside, this drop elevates that problem. I like this product so much I order it online! I would not even consider using another brand unless this company goes out of business.
