I have no idea if this whitens. The directions say to rinse your mouth with this for 60 seconds. I knew this wouldn't be easy because 30 seconds with regular Listerine is bad enough. OWWWWWWW! It felt like my mouth was burning! Not only that, for the next several hours, the entire inside of my mouth and tongue felt kind of swollen. I hated to waste the money, but I poured it down the drain. I've had great luck with Crest Whitestrips, in the past so I don't need this product.
