I use this product for a leave in conditioner, that is comprised of jojoba oil, castor oil and a shea butter leave in for my 4A/4B curls. The Aloe Vera juice is used for a PH balancer. ( This is a modified recipe of kimmaytube's recipe on youtube).
I know that this product can be ingested for medical benefits, but I have yet to try it so I can not comment on its taste. However it did not smell bad, but the background of the container was brown, not green as pictured. I suggest if you have a family make sure you tell everyone to be aware that is Aloe Vera Juice. I have siblings that drink first and read later
