"My received package provided by Banner Therapy (aka Therapy Best Buys) did not include the "triple grip handles" as noted on Amazon product page. Got instead the "single cable" handles. Called Banner, and was told that they no longer have the triple grip handles, and the info on the Amazon product page wrt the handles is no longer valid. Now they tell me!!! Allowed a full return; which I took."
