This was my first time using this product. I'd been using Pro-gest by Emirita for 3 yrs...liked it fine but thought I'd try a product with a pump. First of all, I realized I can eye-ball the correct amount as well as the pump measures it out, so no points for that. Then there is the smell...it is very similar to cooking oil that is starting to go rancid. Not pleasant. Anyway, maybe it was just a bad batch or something, but I will definitely be going back to Emerita's product.Product Review: Works very well.

This product is very effective and easy to dispense. It has a nice scent and is quickly absorbed. It is helpful for sleep. If I forget to use it I can tell a difference. Highly recommended.Product Review: great product!

I have been using BiEstro-Care and progesta-care at the suggestion of My Vitamin store Rep.
I was starting to get hot flashes at night, but that was it.
Now I am dealing with weight gain as well.
Can someone tell me if this is normal while the body balances? or is it the creams?
I don't trust regular Doctors. They just prescribe pharmaseuticals and the Life-Flo website is oddly vague.
