I bought 2 of these because I began reading about the dangers of EMFs upon the recommendation of my mother. I believe that EMF danger is real. I needed something for my son, who is too young to wear a necklace or a bracelet. I keep one in his room, and carry the other around in my purse. I am not a mystic or anything like that. I'm just an average mom. I have not felt any difference and I have not seen any change in behavior in my son. That said, I keep these in the "hope" that prevention is better than nothing. I would like to read what others think about this product.
Update 6-15-10: I finally purchased a gauss meter and did some testing with the pyramid. I had to demote this to three stars, although I probably should give it 2 stars instead. I feel bad for having purchased 2 of them. The pyramid did nothing to reduce EMFs. Maybe I'm not using the gauss meter correctly.
