Product Review: Static?
Summary: 1 Stars

All this product does is make static in my daughters hair and it made alot of dry scalp come to the surface! Not sure that it works as described, I think I wasted my money!

Product Review: Surprisingly effective louse-control device
Summary: 5 Stars

After treating my two goddaughters repeatedly and unsuccessfully for pyrethroid-resistant lice for the better part of a year, I was facing the prospect of having to get a prescription for lindane. That was something I didn't want to do because of the toxicity concerns.

I decided to give the Robi-Comb a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised. It immediately found lice that I had missed despite my inspection, and rapidly helped to rid the kids' heads of lice where pesticides failed. It found lice that I doubt I would have found with the naked eye.

Incidentally, I was a certified Public Health Pest Control Operator for more than two decades. I once wrote a book about head lice control, back when we had relatively non-toxic chemicals that actually controlled them.

Product Review: TRIED EVERYTHING this is the BEST
Summary: 5 Stars

After a month of trying lice shampoo, lice spray, lice gel, vacuuming and combing we still have lice. Finally I bit the bullet and spent the $30 and bought the robi comb. AWESOME. I can not say enough. It hums until it hits a bug, and kills it. Simple and efficient. The kids didn't mind it and actually kind of liked it. I can't believe I spent a month and almost $100. And this product was around all the time.

Product Review: Thank You! Finallllly our family is freed from this burden!
Summary: 5 Stars

I have six children and thankfully my two daughters were the only children to be plagued with an infestation of lice- they gave it back and forth for 11 weeks!!! We tried shampoos- and combs, and oils, and herbs- you name it! I even cut their hair. Every SINGLE day I checked their hair for nits- painstakingly- as their hair color matched the color of lice and nits. I even threw out their sheets and bedding- despite repeated washings in my frustration. The shampoos worked to rid their heads of lice, but if I missed even 1 nit... a few days later I'd find a baby nymph. I couldnt understand how they kept getting adults on theirs heads!
Finally, I ran into a Robi-Comb at my local Walgreens. What a treasured secret someone has been hiding from the masses! Immediately I ran it through the girls hair. There was one single adult in each of their heads- (and thats all it takes to keep the cycle going) The Robi Comb found it immediately--- I thoroughly checked their heads for a full two weeks with the Robi-comb and also checked with a magnifying glass in natural light for any egg sacs... and finally--- FINALLY we were freed from the infestation!
With school starting, I suggested to my childrens school nurse to suggest the RObi comb to any parents should an outbreak occur. We spent hundreds trying to get rid of these annoying bugs, and the Robi Comb was answer to our prayers!
I HIGHLY suggest this wonderful device! No more smelly expensive pesticides and shampoo for my family!

Product Review: Thank you Robi comb for the return of my sanity
Summary: 5 Stars

After 5 days of dealing with lice and quite a few approaches tried I was at the end of my rope. I had treated both my sons, but was still finding nits daily. I had spent at least 10 hours total combing through one of my sons very thick hair. I felt like an expert at spotting nits, but still was coming up with 20 nits each day on the 3rd and 4th day. After inspecting both my girls and my husband and him checking me we thought the rest of us were in the clear. Then I was ready to cry when I saw a louse in my 2 year old daughters curly long hair. She handled the lice free gel treatment like a champ, and the combing, but I could not get her to sit still enough to visually inspect her hair to see if I had all the nits. I couldn't wait the 2 days for prime shipping - picked this up at walgreens in an effort to see if we had the buggers. My husband used it on himself, no hits (Yay!) and then we tried it on our two sons. It had a hit right away - that first night we killed 2 nymphs on on son and 1 adult and 5 nymphs on the other - this is with a RID treatment and combing gel (would NEVER use those toxic nasties again) and daily combing through their entire head - I missed these. With great relief I combed through each of my daughters and myself with no hits. We are using it daily on everyone for at least 2 weeks to make sure we don't have a recurrence and will probably continue to use it weekly for the rest of the school year just in case. Absolutely worth the cost to finally have hope in ending this battle. I also recommend both Lice Freee products and Quit Nits, which are both non-toxic and seemed to work very well. We also bagged up every stuffed toy/pillow that couldn't be washed, vacuumed all furniture and the house several times, washing sheets and towels daily, but I truly never want to go through this again!
