My wife bought this product in a New Zealand drug store right before our return 24 hour trip to NY from Auckland. Last year we returned home from our Asian vacation and were "wiped out" for 3 days from the long multiple flights, lost sleep, and from crossing International time zone, etc.
As I normally refuse to use most medications, I would not have purchased this. However, as I my wife had already purchased it, and there were extra pills, I decided to also use it.
I must say, we both feel terrific, and neither of us have any jet lag or other tiredness. In fact, we almost feel better than normal (which is a little scary).
Now I cannot say unequivocally that it was this product that was the difference from last year. I can say, last year, same trip, we were both exhausted and this year, we are both feeling terrific.
