I researched for a supplement that I wanted to naturally lower or help stabilize my blood pressure. I decided on this product based on its ingredients and information I found on the internet. This product was approximately $45.00 and was a total waste of money. DON'T PURCHASE!! This product actually INCREASED my blood pressure to dangerous levels. I Felt anxious, jittery, nervous when I took this supplement. I decided to give it my own test and stopped taking the supplement for several days - my BP came down to a high normal (which is my normal unmedicated BP). I then resumed the supplement and w/in 45 minutes of taking this, my BP soared to 105/170. I repeated my little test again and the exact same thing happened. Unless you want a stroke or heart attack, stay away from this supplement!
