I discovered this product through an internet search after our glasses and utensils were coming out of the dishwasher with an ugly white film on them. It kept getting worse and worse over the years. I tried this product, and after one run of the dishwasher empty, the 1st time that I used lemi-shine to clean our dishes, all of the glasses came out perfect, like they were brand new. Many products claim that they work...this one actually does. I usually don't write reviews on Amazon, but I had to tell people how great this product his. If you have hard water in your house, and your glasses are coming out of the dishwasher with a white film...don't spend a lot of money on a water softener. Just buy Lemi-Shine.
