When I place this lounger under my legs it helps alleviate tension on my lower back. I use it on the bed, on the couch and sometimes on the floor while in relaxation pose. It's much better than a pillow because you can adjust it, plus it doesn't flatten out like a pillow. I know there are other similar products and there may be something better, but I use this one weekly, I like it and overall I'd recommend it.
