I was recently diagnosed with lower back arthritis and spinal stenosis. Heard about this product from a friend and decided to try it. We were getting ready for a long trip and I was hoping this would help with my leg pain. It definitely makes sitting in the vehicle more comfortable since relieving pressure on my lumbar spine. Fractured my sacrum/coccyx falling on icy steps - extraordinarily painful. Ordered two cushions online plus tried several at a medical supply store. The Large Firm Tush Cush was completely the Best for me - because it is FIRM and doesn't squish down when you sit on it, therefore relieving almost all pressure that naturally falls on the tailbone area when sitting. I use it every day, 3 months after my fall. Firm Tush Cush on a flat hard chair is still my most comfortable sitting position (no couches or comfy chairs yet). If you have a coccyx/sacrum fracture and need firm support, this is the best I've found. Probably too big for most car seats, though; I use a less firm foam one in the car. Tried several memory foam pillows but they really didn't provide any relief for my injury and flattened like pancakes. If your pain is from a different cause and need more softness, then memory foam may work for you.Product Review: Comfy, but rather bulky.
