The first two weeks of breastfeeding were extremely painful for me. I cried, I bled, and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to continue to nurse. After feeding my son, paper nursing pads felt like sandpaper, even though I used lanolin religiously. These gel Soothies were amazing. It was such a relief to put the soft, cooling pads on after nursing. I know some reviews say they had trouble peeling them off, but I never did.
One of the best purchases I made as a new mom.
