I bought this cream for my wife because she was having trouble with dry and cracked nipples, well, most first-time breast feeding moms have this kind of problem, the difference this has made is huge, because she has told me her nipples have completely healed and she's no longer in pain when feeding our baby, he eats a lot during the day and she keeps on telling me how different she feels, she no longer has that burning sensation when our baby is eating.
