This stuff is incredibly thick and sticky! No matter how much you rub it in your fingers its still uncomfortable for application, and when your already in pain its not what you want! I use Medela's Lanolin cream, much smoother! Dont buy this for relief it may be a buck or two cheaper but the discomfort isnt worth it!
