I love these bags. They are easy to get out of the container, easy to open and close, and once the milk is in, they stand on their own. To be honest, I haven't tried other brands, so these may not be the only great ones.Product Review: I love it

This has been the best kind I used. However, the measurement indicated/printed on the bag is not necessarily accurate. I measure the liquid ahead myself and then pour it. Works better if you store it horizontally. Even though the bag says it can store 6oz., most books recommend storing only 2-4 oz.Product Review: I've tried most, and these are the best!

I highly recommend these to any women needing to freeze breast milk!
When my son was born, I knew I wanted to breast feed, but after struggling for two weeks, I understood why women give up. I had started pumping to increase my supply, but continued to pump and feed my son only breast milk from a bottle. I tried every bag I could to freeze in, even regular zipper freezer bags, as I eventually got about a week ahead. (I was told the other zippers were just as good, and cheaper.) After many (heartbreaking) leaking bags, cost didn't matter. I stopped rotating and just froze the extra. Now with a freezer FULL at five months, my fears of running dry are alleviated a bit. Recently I had to use frozen milk for a couple days, and we had no problem with thawing, taste or leaky bags. (and now I have room in the freezer to try to start making and freezing baby food!)
My son's present and future health are well worth the extra cost.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM Lanishoh.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company and their products. We've lost 30-40oz of pumped milk. We always filled the bags to the correct maximum, and evened out bags that were over-full. We kept the bags in a safe freezer that was solely used for the storage of milk. There was no damage, the was no miss handling. Yet, several bags have leaked, the first few caused a huge mess which was just insult to injury. This is food that my daughter will not be able to eat, this is effort and loss of sleep and pain that my wife went through to extract that lost milk. I am absolutely outraged with this company and their defective products.
Considering the number of complaints of leaking I wonder if there's sufficient grounds for a class action lawsuit against Lanishoh.

I pumped for a couple months and put all the milk in the freezer. When thawing in the fridge the majority of the bags leaked horribly. Bad design with seams that come apart very easily. Many other reviewers have noted the same problem so it wasn't just a fluke.
