when i bought this item there was not any review.I took the risk and tried it.It is ok for low flow,for heavy leak you need to use 2 pad and it does not have that much absorbency,so you need to keep changing the pad.I was not very happy.Product Review: not very absorbant

I can easily soak through these pads in under 10 minutes, I have a rather strong let down reflex and these simply do not hold up. At night I stack 3 or 4 of them together to be leak free between feedings - this of course is not very practice when it comes to going out.
If I could just wear one of these without soaking through -which I can't- they would probably be the least noticeable of the cloth breastpads, so if you don't leak much at all these might be a good choice for you.
I prefer the Avent Washable Breast Pads over these by far. I still have to change them often but they absorb way more then 3 or these combined and are not very noticeable.

i use these at nigh and they don't absorb well. I often wake up to find them soaked through. They are also rather thick so they can be seen through clothing.
