Product Review: Clearly superior to Medela pads- Softer for sore nipples

I used 60 Medela pads and got these Lansinoh ones. There are better for me because
1- the surface is much softer abd does not stick to the nipple (min are sore). It feels like silk gauze.
2- it does not ave the awkward fold the medela onehas, whihc left an imprint on my breat. Yet is is thin and more discreet in my view.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I was new to the whole breastfeeding thing. I bought these on a whim, not knowing much about them. I got them when I got the lanolin (REALLY GREAT TOO!!!). The first thing I noticed were they were soo thin! You can wear them and not look like a fool in public! WITH A WHITE T-SHIRT ON! They hold tons, the little suckers get heavy when you take em out to replace, and they never once leaked out on my shirts. I had a few friends that used the cotton washable ones, and besides saving the environment, they didn't help anyone! They always leaked, and it looks silly to have wet spots in that area! lol I bought some for them and they quickly switched. Its a total MUST HAVE even if your not going to breast feed full time, it gets you over the engorgement period very well and without embarrasment!Product Review: Decent for moms with huge milk supply

I have used Curity, Gerber, Evenflo (2 kinds), washables, and these. Of them all these were the best at holding milk when I am out. But they definitely did not help during the night. During the first week or two, I didn't have much problem, even with my 3 month old daughter sleeping through the night (7-8 hours). But, after that, I kept waking up to wet sheets with them even being in place. At this point, I have to change them 2 or 3 times a night because I wake up soaked. Since I haven't found a breast pad as good for day outings, I guess I will suffer the night with these and some towels.Product Review: Don't buy any other brand!

This is my second child i have used these with. Long story short, there have been times when I became extremely full and engorged and for whatever reason, couldn't pump or nurse. When finally able to express some milk, the pad would be soaked full, showed no signs of seeping through... The absorbancy of this pad is unbelievable! I am confident that I will NEVER have a leak in public!
Other pros are that they are large in diameter. I don't use the adhesive tab on the outside of the pad because I don't need it. The pad stays in place all on its own, even in my sleep. It is also extremely thin and discrete!

I have tried a few different Nursing pads and only this one and medela disposable nursing pads WORK!!! no more leaks! However the Lansinoh washable ones dont work as well as this disposable ones.
