I've tried Gerber (light, medium, heavy, and their thin cotton ones), Johnson & Johnson, and Avent and I have to say that I definitely like the Lansinoh pads the best. Gerber comes in second. The Lansinoh pads are thin, large, hold their shape well, and have sylica gel to absorb any leakage (like the Gerber pads), but they're thinner than Gerber. I found I liked the sylica gel better than plain old cotton pads b/c it kept me drier. The only drawback I've found, and this is the case with all breastpads I've tried, is that the adhesive tab wears off after awhile and it may shift out of place in the middle of the night. So, while these aren't foolproof, and you may still wake up with a wet shirt from time to time, they are the most comfortable to wear.Product Review: Best pads available

I bought these after trying, and not liking, the Avent pads. I was worried because I read about pads with plastic backing being too hot, or promoting infection. Since switching to these I have had no leaks, even when they're really soaked, and no other problems. They are discreet and comfortable. Compré este producto con la intención de ahorar un poco de dinero, pero con el transporte sale más barato comprarlo en su farmacia local.
El producto es bueno pero no sobresaliente y definitivamente por el mismo monto se consiguen mejores en el mercado.
Obviamente la que hizo la prueba fue mi esposa.
