These are the very best nursing pads, in my opinion. I have tried all the leading brands out there and none have been as comfortable and as absorbant as Lansinoh. I feel confident and comfortable when I am wearing these and have not had any accidental leaks with them so far (4 months of nursing twins). The other brands are too small, or too thick, or just do not stay in place. Even Gerber- which resemble Lansinoh's design- were not as good, and a bit itchy. I had leaks with the Gerber heavy flows!
If you really want to feel secure and comfortable, I suggest the Lansinoh brand. Whatever you choose, I feel it is wonderful that you are nursing your baby (or babies) and congratulations on your new addition(s)!

These pads definitely get the job done, but at a price. As other reviewers have mentioned, the adhesive on the back isn't quite strong enough to keep the pads in place. So, you occasionally end up with the corner of the pad tucked under and the adhesive bound to your skin...ouch! Otherwise, you barely even feel them there and they absorb very well. They also look a little bulky through the built-in bra of a tank top. If you are wearing a thick bra, I don't think that would be a problem.Product Review: Purchase Reusable Instead!

These nursing pads pale in comparison to reusable options. The Lansinoh pads are lined with plastic, which prevents air flow to cracked, damaged nipples. For the price of one box of disposable pads, you could buy a couple pairs of cotton hemp pads that feel heavenly against damaged nipples and allow them air to heal. Your nipples deserve better!
