i leak a lot and these pads do the best. the sticky part on the back never stays sticky for me but the pads seem to stay in place anyways. the other great thing about these pads is unlike other brands they do not leave any fuzz on my nipples (i feel so bad when i don't realize i have cotton stuck to my nipple then i need to pull cotton off my babies face, we don't have that problem with this brand).
