I've tried both these nursing pads and the extra soft ones that Lansinoh makes. When I had extremely sore nipples the white ones were awesome soft and cushy. For day to day use these work just fine, they are also cheaper.Product Review: Great Nursing Pad, if you like Disposables

I have 4 children and I have nursed all 4 for a year. I like the Lansinoh disposable nursing pads the best out of all of the disposable nursing pads. They absorb well and I never had any leaks. I prefer to use LilyPadz for most occasions since these are thicker and more visible under clothes.
It is nice to have both LilyPadz and the Lansinoh on hand.

I have tried many nursing pads in my time as a breastfeeding mother and Lansinoh wins hands down. They are the best at full coverage, smooth appearance under bra and leak protection. I have NEVER leaked through a Lansinoh nursing pad, unless it was my fault and the pad shifted as I slept (which happens with them all on occasion.) And they do have the sticky section to keep the pads in place so they rarely move. I think they are well worth the price, especially the amazon price and the awesome Subscribe and Save program! Soo easy...as soon as I see I'm running low, I go check when my next shipment will come in online and if I need them sooner, I am just a few clicks away from a new shipment. Much better than dragging the babies out to the store to buy some!

These nursing pads are thin, absorbent, comfortable, and invisible under clothing. I use them daily, and they're great -- I haven't used any other brand. I only wish they were sticky on both halves instead of just one side, but even so, they do stay in place. They come at a great value here at Amazon, especially at the Subscribe & Save price. I've tried several nursing pads, and I have to say these are the BEST. They are like diapers, which wick away the moisture from your skin and the absorbent center turns into gelly, and keeps you dry. I've tried several other brands, and these are the best. They larger then some other pads and are thin so they are not seen through your clothes. These pads are more expensive then most, but its worth it since you don't have to change the pad as often as others.
