I've tried all the nursing pads out there both disposable and re-usable and these are the best. I'm lucky as I could feed a small village of babies with my milk supply so that means I leak A LOT! I have tried many different brands of nursing pads. I can say for sure that these are my absolute favorite. They are the best. They are comfortable, absorbent and look discreet. I cannot tell you how many times I have worn other nursing pads and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror only to see two round circles popping through my shirt where the nursing pads were positioned. That is so embarassing because I felt that it was so obvious that I had something under there. These do not make lumps and bumps. They stay smooth and flat and you can't see these through your shirt. I really like these a lot and would recommend them to any nursing mom. I bought the three pack from Amazon and I used two of the boxes and only half of the third box. I started using these right after my DS was born and have not had to change the brand at all. I did a bit of researching on line and these were reviewed as the best ones. They are so absorbent and discreet. I especially like the individual wrapping, which is great for me to bring a bunch with me in the diaper bag or in my purse in case I have to replace them while I'm out. They do come folded in the packaging, so they tend to show little wrinkles in your clothing, but it's not so bad. On top of all of this, the deal Amazon has is so cheap! 3 boxes of 60 for 20.99 is the best price. My local drug store sells one box of 60 for 9.99, so the Amazon deal is definitely better. I've tried other brands including Avent and these are still the best out there. They are thin and contour to your body while the others don't provide as smooth of a fit. You can still see wrinkles under tighter tees but much better than the others.Product Review: Best pads I've ever used

Very comfortable pads and they hold a ton! Even when full of breast milk they don't feel wet on my skin. I don't use the sticky part to hold it to my bra, i find they bunch when I use it and they stay in place fine without it. On thinner bras, the letters on the back of the sticky part can be visible, but I've never been able to see it through my shirt too, i think you'd be able to see your bra through your shirt if your shirt was that thin.
