And I should know, because I've been drinking 4-5 of them per week for years. For the last couple years I've only been drinking the Vanilla, but I'm glad I tried the Chocolate again because it's good to have variety.
The Chocolate is a bit watery and not as sweet as the Vanilla. But it's still delicious. I actually prefer it that way because it seems more refreshing and there's no sweet aftertaste.
It has no sugar and is very low in fat and calories. As compared to say, Muscle Milk, which is pretty high in fat. But Muscle Milk is a great shake too and I drink 1-2 of those per day. The Lean Body has more whey and the Muscle Milk has more casein. So I generally drink the Lean Body after a workout and the Muscle Milk at other times.
