This was the first whitening product that I didn't have to quit using due to sensitivity issues. It has whitened my teeth and I am happy with the results. Yes, it does irritate gums but it also says not to put them on your gums. It doesn't take long to be careful and put the strips where they need to go. I am happy with this product and will buy it again.
