These pads are very useful and have a good adhesive. They attach to my TENS unit lead easily. I use my TENS unit for about 30 minutes per day and one set of these pads have lasted for about 2-3 weeks with no problem. Granted, I may miss a day or two but my use varies as will that of other users, so adhesion of the pads for my use only reflects my usage. Other users who may use TENS for longer/shorter times may vary. Otherwise, these pads function well, and when properly stored and kept clean, they suit my needs well. I am happy with the purchase.
