I used to belong to Costco, when I lived near their store, so I have purchased this from them directly in the past.
I love that you can get 3 boxes at one time, with 144 tablets in each box, which for someone like me, who takes this kind of drug everyday, it's nice to have enough on hand for you to have it when you need it.
The price on Amazon is alittle more than what you would pay for this same product, if you could buy it from Costco directly, but it's still less costly than similiar products, and you can't get those in this size.
The Kirkland Signature Brand, which is Costco's own brand, it is just as effective as similar products costing much more.
All in all, Iam very happy with this purchase, and very happy that Amazon does sell this product for purchase, especially for people who cannot get to a Costco store.
