I've been taking it over three months now and I am nearly pain free. Drastically reduce the amount of pain medication I take. My father, mother, and mother in law are having problems with their knees.
They have been using Glucosamine HCl Chondroitin Sulfate for at least three years now and their knees flexibility improved significantly. My father is 65 years old now and he is the most beneficial of this product, he can bend, walk, and move around without any problem. My Mother can now walk and move around great but still have difficulties bending her knee but overall she is very satisfied with the product. My mother in law just started using it for the last 6 months and she is feeling better but still she is getting some difficulties moving around.
In general this supplement is truly support your knees and will improve your health.
I do recommend this product to anyone who has any complications with the knees.
CUATION: If you are allergic to shellfish, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.
