Customer Review: A Happy Mistake....

About a year ago I purchased a weight scale for our office (to allow staff to stay on top of their weight) that looks IDENTICAL to this scale, but it talks. The scale in our office has a sound chip in it that announces your weight when you step on it. I decided I wanted one for my home, so I (of course) turned to Amazon to attempt to find one. I stumbled across this scale and "thought" is was identical to the one we have in our office.
When I received it, I liked the look because it is clear and therefore unobtrusive in appearance in my bathroom. But, it does not have the sound chip. I was bummed. Non the less it functions really well, looks wonderful and does it's job. I have a sleek bathroom and it fits in well with the appearance.

There is no need to tap the surface or press a button to turn on the scale. The scale comes on automatically when the user steps on the scale. The large LCD display is easy to read from a distance. The scale measures in 0.2-pound (imperial) and 0.1-kilogram (metric) increments for accuracy up to the 330lb (150kg) capacity of the scale.
