This tape is very helpful in relieving knee pain from osteoarthritis. I use an unloader brace when I am doing lifting or general work. My wife was introduced to Kinesio Tex Tape by a physiotherapist when she could not get any relief from her back pain caused by herniated discs.She has been using the tape for three years now and finds that it relieves her pain. She still has some discomfort from nerve pulses in her foot and leg but the tape and lots of exercise
and Norwegian type of "leg pulling" help her enormously. We recommend it to all our friends who suffer from back pain.

I'm not happy with the product that I got from amazon. I ordered black kinesio tape and recieved red instead. I wanted black. The only reason I give it a 2 rating instead of a 1, is that I got the tape 4 days before the expected delivery date. I don't know if I will by tape from here again, because I want/need black tape, because it is stronger than the color tape. Works absolutely great for knee pain. i let my friend try some since he has had 2 acl surgeries and wears a knee brace to run. he claims there is no need for the brace b/c the tape works that good. I purchased the tape to help deal with my shin-splints. The verdict is not back yet. I have only used it for one week and have seen no results, but this injury requires a much longer course of testing.Product Review: Kinesio tape
