Product Review: Allergic to Latex?

I purchase this after a physical therapist taped my knee with a similar product. It doesn't stay on well under slacks or jeans. It starts to roll at the edges. Also, if you are allergic to adhesives or latex, be careful. I got a very bad rash from it and the adhesive is very difficult to remove from your skin. You also need to know the proper way to apply the tape for your particular injury or it doesn't do you any good.Product Review: Awesome results using Kinesio Tape

I have good results using Kinesio tape. I have rotator cup tendinitis and for now I can use my shoulder, workout lightly with less pain using the tape which so far has been my best treatment.

The Kinesio tape was even better and MORE than I expected!!! I've been using it on a reocurring ankle injury for the past week. (Rolled up) There a sticker-like protective backing, so when I initially felt the material, I thought it was going to be rough and uncomfortable--esp. on an ankle, with its bumps/grooves. But when I removed the backing to apply the tape, I was completely blown away and impressed by the structure, detail, and (most importantly) the comfort of the tape! Really does feel like a "second skin". I researched this product before purchasing on their website--kinesiotaping.com, and the idea is quite genius. This kinesio tape is pretty decent, but I'd recommend buying the KT tape([...]) since it comes in pre-cut strips and is very easy to apply. Although for those who want flexible lengths for their tape, they are better off buying this tape and molding it as per need.Product Review: Good stuff

This tape is good stuff. Training for a half marathon with this Kinesio tape and published taping patterns doable with an Achilles injury. Couldn't have done it without the tape.
