Product Review: Plug and Play does not work for Vista

This keyboard does not automatically install with Windows Vista and the website does not provide the drivers for it if you are running Vista. The website claims that it works automatically when connected with vista, but it does not. After trying multiple usb ports and getting a PS2 adapter, I can assure you that this is incompatible with Vista unlike the manufacture's claims. Customer service for this product is poor. In a week they called back once, and did not fix the problem. This is going back to Amazon in exchange, hopefully, for a keyboard that actually does install. I am not a big fan of plug and play keyboards, and I am even less of a fan when the manufacturer does not provide the drivers on its website for operating systems that it claims are supported. Even with a plug and play item, the manufacturer should still provide the drivers on a CD in the box and certainly online. There is no installation CD with this product. The online drivers are only for Windows ME and not XP or Vista.Product Review: SO THANKFUL I FOUND THIS KEYBOARD!

THIS KEYBOARD HAS BEEN A DELIGHT TO USE. DID NOT KNOW THEY MADE LARGE LETTER KEYBOARDS AND WHEN I FOUND IT I HAD TO TRY IT OUT. I NEVER EXPECTED TO REALLY LIKE THIS KEYBOARD BUT IT IS FANTASTIC. I AM A HUNT AND PECK TYPIST SO I DON'T ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE WRONG KEYS.... AND ALSO HAVE POOR EYESIGHT SO IT IS JUST FABULOUS. I DON'T EVEN NEED A LIGHT ON IN THE ROOM ANY MORE TO SEE THE KEYBOARD. I VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KEYBOARD. THE PRICE IS WONDERFUL ALSO. COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH IT!!! This device will certainly help your near-blind mother see again in the dark like the cat that she is. Get one to save your own sight silly; The zombie apocalypse is at hand!
Software wasn't tested for any extended functions such as the hotkeys and this was no-problem, plug-n-play on XP Pro and XP Home. Vista is not your friend. Remember this bit of information and you will go far. Signed, -Grasshopper

It is no fun typing on this keyboard because the spacer bar is hit or miss, with a lot of misses. I've tried all kinds of finger taps, from mild to heavy and still this board makes me do a lot of unnecessary work by not spacing words. Everything else works. Typing this review I had 5 no-space events.Product Review: Super-board!

Bought this for my Mother who at 92 years old, was having some difficulty seeing the keys. With the large font on the keys and the yellow background, she is back to churning out emails to the grand kids with no problem.
