I've tried many different nursing pads. Most are too large, itchy, noisy, uncomfortable, and not very absorbant. Finally, I found these and love them! The contour shape makes them less visable under clothing. (The only pads I've found that are completely invisable are the LilyPadz.) The nipple indent makes them very comfortable. And they are super absorbant. I have an overactive letdown and am constantly leaking. But these never leak through to my clothes. I can wear them at night with no problems. In fact, I went camping recently and forgot to bring extras, but one pair lasted me 3 days!
In answer to the sticking problem: During the first few weeks, I always put lanolin on when I put on new pads. Once you are established, as a previous reviewer stated, the sticking is a result of dried milk on a full pad.
