Product Review: Better than Drug Store brands

These back Plasters are bigger and better than those little capsicum "bandaids" sold in most drug stores. They'll have a picture of one covering most of a man's lower back and then you open the package and it's half the size! I wish I could still buy them at my local Rite Aid store. Johnson & Johnson back plasters help me to go dancing for hours. or go on a long car ride/trip.Product Review: Motavating Again!

Since my husband discovered the J&J First Aid Back Plaster he can now play golf more frequently with better moveability. Have tried newer patches, and they weren't the same. Went from pharmacy to pharmacy to find Johnson $ Johnson product, and finally found them online.

I've used these as needed for years, mostly for backaches. Products like these have been around for eons, and it's kind of sad that most people (myself included) reach for a pill a hundred times faster than we think to try something so low-tech and low-med as this. Generally, after about 3 days of pain I start to hesitate about taking more Alleve or whatever, and that's when I remember these. They're increasingly hard to find -- and even when a drug store does have them, they're usually lying flat on a shelf and hard to see. One medical-supply type drug store near me told me they couldn't even order these! There are other capsicum/capsaicin patches out there, and they probably work similarly to these. These are good to know about and have on hand since there are many times you don't want to take another medication.
