I have tried many different products in an effort to relieve my upper back muscle pain. Johnson & Johnson's Back Plaster is the one thing that helps me when nothing else does. One of the best qualities of these patches is that they stick extremely well. In my experience, they work better than prescription lidocaine patches. Other capsaicin patches seem to release a lot of "heat" when you first put them on, resulting in a burning sensation. These patches do not burn me when I put them on and last a good 12-24 hours. I highly recommend J&J Back Plaster. I stockpile them and can only find them on Amazon.
