Customer Review: Caused rashes and itchy skin and didn't make bubbles

I bought this since it was new and it said it was hypoallergenic and would create lots of bubbles. Not! This caused my son to have red rashes and itchy skin. I followed the instructions and put 2 capfuls of wash under running water and it didn't create too much bubbles. The bubbles that it did create were all gone after a short while so my son was very disappointed that there were not lots of bubbles to play with. I tried the Johnson and Johnson Head to Toes wash and they created more bubbles than this "Bubble Bath" wash.
