This neck support device is well designed and sturdy. It helped me as it was advertised, however, I purchased it for my spouse who has cervical radiculopathy (chronic nerve pain in the neck) for whom it did no good. Product advertisement should perhaps add more specific information about the types of neck pain the device can be good for. Otherwise, a fine neck support/stretch device.Product Review: new neck

I'm 67, and found it wasn't worth the effort to get down on the floor to use it. There is nothing wrong with the support, it is relaxing, but I have a memory foam contour pillow that works just as well while I sleep.
