Product Reviews of JFit Fit Disc (Blue)Product Review: Defective and Pump Missing Summary: 1 Stars
Item did not include the pump. Tried to use my own ball pump and the item would not inflate.
Product Review: Easy to incorporate into daily activity--inflation a chore Summary: 3 Stars
This balance disk is easy to incorporate into my daily activity. I stand on it while I fold laundry. I alternate between one-legged standing and standing upon it with both feet. Sparkpeople has free video demos of ways to use it, so I follow those sometimes.
I hadn't thought to sit on in a chair, so that adds another dimension of usefulness.
The only reason I give this 3 instead of 4 stars is that the inflation process can be a bit of a hassle to figure out. The manufacturer should include instructions. You don't need the bike tire needle-looking part to inflate it. I just pulled out the little white plug and used the included pump.
Product Review: Excwellent Buy Summary: 5 Stars
I have been using it close to a month now. Its been wonderful. I enjoy sitting on it. And it doesn't seem to have lost any air in this one month. I expected the pump to be very flimsy, but it was not that bad at all. Overall a very good buy.
Product Review: Exercise while you sit Summary: 5 Stars
I got this flattened ball to put in my chair while I worked at the computer. Sure enough my side muscles began to let me know they were working more than they were used to.
Product Review: Fun addition to workout Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great and cheap piece of exercise equipment. It really works your stabilizer muscles. I was getting bored with my fitness ball and was looking for something to switch it up a bit. This was a great choice. I like to use it for lunges, ab work, bridge work(put the disc under your feet and lift your backside up-you will feel this working!), and just trying to balance on one foot. It comes inflated, with a pump and a poster to show some moves you can do with it.
