Product Review: not as difficult as I expected

So I'm working 10 hour days, and figured hey, if I can squeeze in a little ab work at my desk, then that is one less thing to try and fit in when I get home. I haven't really noticed any of the "good pain" you get from any exercise. If it does anything in this respect, I think it is minimal. It does however help me to stay put, less needing to hop out of my chair for a minute because it is easier to move a little and satisfy my hyperactive tendency.
