Bought this product, it arrived no insstructions on how to take it. I proceeded to put one drop in my mouth and it was so god awful i was wretching. EWWW! I understand your supposed to mix it after reading after the fact online since there is no instructions. I still dont get the dosing. It seemed like something that should be topical and not injested. The bottle says for talisman only? What does that mean?Product Review: I feel better using Iodine!

I read the book Folk Medicine and it talked about Iodine. I bought this product and have used it ever since. It's not a miracle cure but just a boost of energy. I'm disabled from bipolar disorder and have low energy. Iodine puts spring back into my step. I sometimes use too much and have to take a day off. Dr. D C Jarvis who wrote Folk Medicine says you can tell when you've taken too much because your nose will get wet. I start using it after a break and it goes back to working better than pharmaceuticals. It is a disinfectant so it will clean your blood. I use it with an ounce of apple cider vinegar and water usually.Product Review: I was skeptical, but have been pleased

I eat well and exercise a lot but have been feeling lethargic for way too long. I started taking 5-6 drops of this in a large glass of water every morning for the last 2 weeks. It tastes DISGUSTING so now I hold my nose and drink some fresh water right after. It is worth it though, and here is why...
Things I've noticed that have changed: about 20 minutes after ingesting, I get almost a "buzz". I feel awake and clear headed and ready to go to work. Fingernails have grown much more quickly and are very strong without the normal ridges that I get in them. Also, one thing that I didn't notice until a couple of days ago: I went to a friend's birthday party last weekend and when I saw the pictures from it I was actually blown away by how good my skin looks! (this has NEVER happened before). Even in a dark room under a camera flash you could tell my face had a very healthy glow. Also, I am sleeping better.
I don't think this is something needed for long term use, but for now it's working miracles.
